ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, streamlining internal communication and delivering high-quality admin and support. You will lead our small Business Services admin team and ensure Sydney Head Office runs efficiently. You will also liaise with senior stakeholders and coordinate executive travel, meeting schedules and agenda, briefing packs, and provide logistical support to the Board. The needs of the role require a hybrid work pattern with a minimum of 3 days in office.

ABOUT YOU

You are a proactive, organised and adaptable professional, ready to play a central role in supporting business to run smoothly across the organisation. You bring 5+ years' experience supporting executive leaders, a calm and solutions focused approach, excellent planning and communication skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You are tech savvy, thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with composure while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
