Founded in 2001, the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) is Australia’s largest human rights organisation providing support to people seeking asylum. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation whose programs support and empower people seeking asylum to maximise their own physical, mental and social well being. We champion the rights of people seeking asylum and mobilise a community of compassion to create lasting social and policy change.

Build your experience in volunteer management in a large-scale, award winning volunteer program! The Volunteer Engagement Lead is responsible for development and implementation of the ASRC workforce goals for volunteering in our program of over 500 volunteers across 12 programs including onsite and remote working volunteers.
You are a people connector! You love working with people, and know how to engage and draw the best out of our volunteer workforce, ensuring they feel engaged in our organisational purpose and their role. Along with previous experience in a similar role or a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar, you will also have:
