To provide specialist and timely leadership to Aspect on matters related to asset management and maintenance of all Aspect owned and run sites.

Job Description

Aspect is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to drive the establishment and improvement of the Aspect Asset Management Framework (System). In this role, you will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders across project teams and business functions to ensure seamless adoption and integration of the asset management system, and guide the configuration of business processes, systems, and data to achieve organisational goals.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for creating and sustaining a culture of innovation and growth, ensuring a high standard of performance and professional practice in defining the priorities of asset management.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the development of Strategic Asset Management Plans across all Aspect sites. You will play an instrumental role in shaping asset management strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving change within the organisation.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a deep understanding of asset management systems and relevant technologies, strong commercial and business acumen as well as strong project management skills and experience working in large, complex organisations.

You should have a proven track record of successfully implementing and improving asset management systems, as well as experience managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders across various business functions. Additionally, you should have excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications

Post Graduate and/or Bachelor qualification in property or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 10 years' experience in a large complex organisation in a senior leadership role with proven experience
  • Experience in managing a geographically dispersed portfolio
  • Skilled in change management and navigation of a complex organisation, forging relationships, and managing through influence rather than direct authority
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead a function and to build the capability of key stakeholders
  • Highly evolved influencing skills and the ability to gain stakeholder buy in
