We are currently seeking a Real Estate Leasing Officer to provide organisational and administrative support to the national property portfolio via the administration of owned, leased, and licensed assets, inclusive of residential accommodation, commercial properties, and special-use facilities.
Reporting to the Head of Real Estate, you will be will be responsible in ensuring Aruma meets all occupier obligations for market leased properties including payments, repairs and maintenance and mitigates unnecessary expenditure by identifying Landlord obligations.
