A big focus for the organisation has been on personalising content to the needs of each helpseeker. From a development point of view this will mean building the front end components that hook into Uniform (a personalisation engine) to create a seamless experience across their headless CMS (Contentful). They’re about to build out the UI for a tool leveraging generative AI, to provide bespoke content based on questions from helpseekers.
This is a chance to get in on the ground floor and shape some new products, and existing products with a very current tech stack.
