About the role:

A pillar of their digital strategy is to provide self-help and wellbeing resources online. And a big part of this is online content. This is where the Digital Producer comes in.

A "jack of all trades" for the CMS, you'll be working with technical leads, copy writers and other subject matter experts to organise/ schedule / produce content and ensure help-seekers have the best evidence-based information at their fingertips.

You’ll also be overseeing analytics and reporting for these high traffic websites leveraging Google Analytics, HotJar, Semrush and external vendors to improve overall SEO and SEM and make sure content is performing well online.

An average day might look like:

  • Engaging with internal teams to prioritise content backlogs, timelines and schedules.
  • Working with internal clinical teams to produce frameworks and requirements for content production.
  • Generating reports on content performance within Google Analytics, Hotjar and Semrush.
  • Engaging with external vendors to improve SEO and SEM.
  • Ensuring that content is consistent with internal style guides.
  • Checking that meta tags, page structures and content perform well online.
  • Producing documentation to support internal stakeholders when looking to publish content.

About you:

High in empathy, you'll be comfortable looking at the world from a user perspective. You'll have strong communication skills and be able to collaborate with internal stakeholders and engage external vendors. Ideally, you'll have some experience managing high traffic websites or publishing content and have an interest in analytics and reporting.

Computer literate and a fast learner, you’ll be someone who enjoys publishing content online. On top of this, you'll have excellent research skills and be able to keep across trends and themes online that could improve wellbeing for help-seekers across Australia.

Requirements:

  • Experience publishing content on high traffic websites
  • Strong analysis and research skills
  • A background with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar and Semrush (or similar)
  • An interest in mental health
  • Excellent communication skills
