The Australian Refrigeration Council Ltd (ARC) is the peak body for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry in Australia. A key activity is our appointment by the Australian Government to administer a national licensing scheme to help control the trade and use of gasses that are bad for the environment.

The role of a Licensing and Customer service officer will require the following attributes:

• Professional and efficient phone manner 
• Proficiency in all aspects of customer service – phone, administration, face-to-face
• Accurate and efficient computer/data entry skills
• Willingness to be flexible across the various ARC work practices
• Sound Microsoft Office skills, in particular Word and Excel
• Positivity and reliability
