HelpingMinds® is a highly regarded carer support and mental health services organisation, established over 45 years ago. Our compassionate team of staff throughout the metro and regional areas, provide quality services and support to more than 10,000 children, youth, adults and families affected by mental illness every year.
In this position, you will mentor and support the East Metro, South West and Pilbara roles within the Child, Youth and Family Services team. The role requires the ability to perform client facing services whilst guiding and developing team members professionally, enhancing their capacity to deliver outstanding, safe and quality services to clients.
This role will require the ability to work one evening shift per week (11:30am to 7:36pm)
