The role
As an Employment Consultant you will:
- Work alongside our participants to reach their quarterly goals and assist our team leader Kassi, in creating quarterly reports for the NDIS and participants
- Communicate with local businesses, to place our participants into either work experience or paid employment (depending where they are at in their employment journey)
- Assist people in their work experience, to ensure that they are learning the hard skills that only real world experience can provide
- Hybrid role - you will be working with people face to face and also following up on employment leads behind the scene
Required:
- Yellow card and Blue Card
- Certificate III in Individual Support (similar qual or working towards one)
- Be reliable and have a reliable vehicle
- Commitment in working alongside and delivering our company values of "Family", "Responsible" and "Passion".
Rate of Pay is dependent on experience and can be negotiated at your interview.
Roles will be casual to begin with, HOWEVER, after 6 months of consistency we are happy to negotiate Permanent Part Time.
