The position leads and is responsible for all service matters for our client. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the position is an integral leadership position, actively contributing to the successful implementation of our client’s strategic objectives. This includes responsibility for ensuring the delivery of superior service standards focused on quality of life, highly effective quality systems, demonstrated person-centred outcomes, financial viability of service provision, and compliance with all other relevant legislation and regulations.
The position is responsible for the direct supervision of 4 Managers who all make sure the needs of the clients are at the centre of our client’s service delivery. The successful person must have the ability and willingness to travel throughout the Perth Metropolitan region on a regular basis.
