Our client is a non for profit organisation that provides service to supports individuals with disabilities in the Perth Metro and the Wheatbelt of Western Australia to achieve their goals and aspirations. Reporting to the CEO, the Regional Manager will be responsible for managing a team of three direct reports to contribute to our client’s purpose through leadership and management of staff engaged in delivery of lifestyle and employment services.
The successful applicant will be required to manage and oversee the day-to-day management of the region and maximise opportunities for our client to be a preferred provider of services that empower individuals to achieve their goals.
A sound knowledge and understanding of NDIS and the National Standards for Disability Services is essential. In this role you will need to be able to create and maintain networks and professional relationships with key stakeholders, manage funding requirements, increase income, and provide effective management support to enable staff to succeed. In addition, you will ensure services are compliant and are able to provide high quality services designed to safeguard client dignity, safety, and respect.
