This position is an opportunity to be part of a team that is dedicated and focused on supporting people with disability to live independently and live their best lives.
The position supports female tenants with a disability to live independently in a home environment.
We are looking for experienced support workers (complex support experience & positive behaviour support) to join our annecto housing team on a part time basis.
annecto are committed to achieve maximum independence and capacity building under the NDIS supported independent living framework for the people we support.

- 24hr support service with shifts available across all 7 days of the week
- Part time (minimum 15 hours per week available) - but we can offer more!
- Base hourly rate between $24.97 - $31.77 (plus 10% superannuation) depending upon qualifications and experience
- Generous Salary packaging options available - increase your take home pay
- Hours will be offered across the following roster lines:
- Wednesday 6 -10pm (Sleepover) then 6am-7:30am
- Friday 2:30 -10pm (Sleepover) then 6:30am - 9am
- Saturday 4-10pm (Sleepover) then 6:30am - 11am
- Shifts are usually between 3-7 hours
Please note: Supports are designed in order to meet individual preferences rather than shared between individuals.
What do we need from you?
- NDIS Worker Screening Check;
- Completed COVID 19 Infection Control module;
- Completed NDIS Quality and Safeguarding module;
- Current First Aid (with minimum 12 months left until expiry) and CPR Qualifications (with minimum 6 months until expiry);
- Available to work 2 weekends per month;
- At least 3 full days of availability per week;
- Experience assisting individuals with complex support needs;
- Creative, strength based approach to supports;
- Clear commitment to person centred planning with a focus on quality and best practice;
- Proficiency in using technology broadly, or the capacity to learn new technology and programs as required;
- Ability to create supportive and professional working partnerships which encourages tenant independence;
- Flexible, resilient and adaptive;
- Physically fit;
- Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or HACC;
- A current and valid Driver’s Licence
What would be great to have?
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Disability, Health or Community Care
