The (YASHOPP) Case Manager will provide culturally appropriate support and youth focused case management assistance to young people aged 15 – 25 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. You will also provide program administration along with stakeholder and network engagement.
Using a strength-based framework the (YASHOPP) Case Manager is responsible to provide accommodation information, referrals, advocacy, and group work which meet client needs, builds capacity of the target group and regional service system.
