About the Position

Our Community Nurses provide quality care as part of a team, allowing clients to remain in their own homes. Our Home and Community service based at Eight Mile Plains is looking for a Full-time Registered Nurse, to work in the Community across Brisbane's Southern suburbs providing comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments and plan care.

Are you a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background and a passion for making a difference?

We're looking for someone with the following qualifications and qualities:

• Ability to work autonomously as you will be out in the Community and travelling from client to client.
• Expertise in wound care, medication management, and post-acute care.
• Proven experience in community healthcare with a dedication to continuous improvement.
• Exceptional time management skills and a commitment to thorough, up-to-date documentation.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation systems and general computer knowledge.
• A heart full of compassion, boundless enthusiasm, and an approachable attitude.
• A strong commitment to client-centred care that respects and safeguards their rights, privacy, and well-being.
• Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
• Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Current National Police Check.
• Current Drivers License.
