Why ADM?

ADM is a Christian organisation with a rich legacy of empowering women and communities through education, care, and innovation. We’re home to initiatives like Mary Andrews College, the Mental & Pastoral Care Institute, and a range of fellowships and grants that support Christian women in service and leadership. At ADM, you’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about making a difference—and doing so with generosity, creativity, and purpose.

What makes ADM a great place to work?

  • Mission-driven culture: Every role at ADM contributes to a bigger vision—educating and equipping people to serve and lead in their communities with compassion and conviction- especially for the good of women and girls.
  • Supportive and values-based environment: We foster a workplace culture grounded in Christian faith, mutual respect, and generosity towards one another.
  • Flexibility that works: With part-time hours across Monday to Thursday, this role offers the balance you need to thrive both professionally and personally.
  • Central location: Our office is based in the heart of Sydney at St Andrews House, just steps from Town Hall Station.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and improve the ICT systems and processes that connect our students, customers, and beneficiaries to ADM’s programs.
  • Support the daily operations, communications, and events across our programs—including Mary Andrews College, the Mental & Pastoral Care Institute, and our Fellowships & Grants.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to Executive staff and Program Leads.

What we’re looking for:

  • A mature Christian who is an active member of a church community and affirms ADM’s Statement of Faith.
  • 3–5 years of experience in administration, executive assistance, or ICT systems as a key user.
  • A team player with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities.
  • Someone who enjoys learning new systems, solving problems, and supporting others to succeed.

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Microsoft 365 & Teams
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Learning Management Systems
  • Design or video-editing software

If you’re looking for a role where your skills and values align—and where your contributions will have real impact—we’d love to hear from you.
