Angelico Family Services is a compassionate organisation based in Coburg, providing supervised contact for children and parents involved the family court system. We’re looking for an experienced and capable Office Administrator to support our team and ensure our operations run smoothly and professionally.

This role is ideal for someone who brings warmth, discretion and great attention to detail. You’ll be working closely with our Director and playing a key part in helping us support families during vulnerable times.

This role is 2 consecutive days per week (ideally Wednesday and Thursday) on a 6-month fixed term contract, with potential to extend.

Key responsibilities

  • Responding to phone and email enquiries with empathy, clarity and professionalism.
  • Managing bookings, appointments and client files.
  • Reviewing and formatting supervisor reports to a court-ready standard.
  • General administrative duties including document management and filing.
  • Light bookkeeping (e.g., quarterly BAS statements).
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care (a must).

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail and Dropbox.
  • Confident phone manner, with experience dealing with sensitive or vulnerable client groups.
  • Ability to follow direction, learn new systems, and eventually work with autonomy.
  • Previous experience in a legal, social services, or court-related setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Understanding of professional boundaries and confidentiality.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping tasks (preferred).
