We have an exciting opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join us as we empower our network of members to be actively inclusive of customers and employees with disability.

Working in a dynamic team, you will help deliver AND’s strategic goals by supporting AND across marketing, social media and event management:

Marketing:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging, accessible marketing collateral that aligns with AND’s brand and business objectives.
  • Take charge of our marketing collateral inventory, ensuring it remains up-to-date and sustainable.
  • Own our printing and distribution process, making sure all AND materials are high quality and reach the right places at the right time.
  • With support from the team, execute marketing campaigns from developing strategies to executing and reporting.
  • Be the go-to person for marketing, brand, and communications support across our organisation.

Social Media:

  • Create a strong online presence for AND by developing a comprehensive social media strategy plan tailored to each of our channels (LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook/Twitter).
  • Keep those channels buzzing by posting frequent updates about current events and relevant topics.
  • Create thoughtful and engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our purpose.
  • Dive into data to discover insights and make recommendations to increase engagement.
  • Identify like-minded brands for potential collaborations that strengthen our impact.
  • Engage with our audience, provide support, and showcase the heart of our organisation by responding promptly and professionally to social media queries.

Events:

  • Create memorable AND experiences by supporting the development and execution of event-related communications, event scheduling, ticketing, registration, and RSVP management.

We’d love you to have:

  • A passion for disability inclusion and desire to make a positive impact
  • 2+ years’ experience contributing in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Strong ability to create engaging and impactful social content
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • A keen eye for detail, accuracy, and quality
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work well with stakeholders

Desirable technical skills include

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM, email execution, and content management systems
  • Comfortable with teleconferencing and videoconferencing equipment
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in design software and basic editing skills
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices
