Australian Network on Disability’s Consultancy Team works alongside the Member Experience Team by supporting our members and non-members with key programs and activities designed to build organisational disability confidence.

The Access and Inclusion Index Lead works as part of the Consultancy Team and manages the Access and Inclusion Index to provide a seamless, positive customer experience to Australian Network on Disability members and non-members and grow this flagship program. This is a growth role, and it is expected that it will expand to include team management over time.

The role requires the ability to travel interstate.

the successful candidate has

• Experience in roles that require strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in, or good understanding of, program / project management and coordination.
• Good understanding of the barriers experienced by people with disability.
• Experience in facilitating training sessions and or delivering presentations to groups.
• Experience in writing in-depth reports based on analysis of information and providing recommendations.
• Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) highly regarded.
