What we are offering

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Services, the ICT Manager is an exciting new role, ready for someone to develop and own.

This is a key role within the organisation, supporting the IT needs of a growing workforce. The role will encompass areas such as IT management, strategy and planning, project management, change management and IT technical support.

About you

You will have

  • A university degree in computer science or information systems and 10 years proven experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in the end-to-end project management of ICT Strategic Plan deliverables, including operationalising outcomes, coordination and liaising with third parties to ensure suitability and best practice systems are effective and allow optimum productivity across the organisation, including change management, process improvement and high communication skills, to allow adoption and proficiencies of current and future workplace technologies
  • Knowledge of current network and PC operating systems, hardware, protocols and standards
  • Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud migration, Cyber Security enhancement, with the capacity to balance the need for structure and regulation with the practicalities and realities of being in a small and dynamic not-for-profit organisation
  • Possess strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills with a high-level ability to prioritise, forecast and coordinate your workload
