Salary range - $100,000-$120,000 (pro rata)

Anchor is on a growth journey and has ambitious plans for the future. The Donor Engagement Lead is integral to the success of Anchor’s growth strategy and thus has the possibility of running a major campaign – either a capital campaign or similar.

As the Donor Engagement Lead you will build and develop a sustainable private fundraising stream for Anchor to enhance and grow its programs. Leveraging the existing small donor base, you will develop and implement a plan to progressively build Anchor’s private fundraising income incorporating the necessary systems to support this outcome. This is an exciting opportunity to build the foundation for a future fundraising team within Anchor over the next three years.
Working as part of the Business Development and Support Team, the Donor Engagement Lead is responsible for developing and implementing a broad range of campaigns and donor specific engagements that build Anchor’s profile and achieve our fundraising objectives.
