THE ROLE

As the Team Administrator, you will support a wide range of organisational activities contributing to our organisational strategy across fundraising, research, advocacy and support services.

This role involves donor stewardship, research grant administration, office administration and general administration across our dynamic organisation. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is closely involved in many different activities and projects that aim to improve the lives of people impacted by mito.

This is a permanent part-time (0.8 FTE) role based in Sydney.

AS THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in using a CRM database for data entry and reporting
• Ability to work independently with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent communication skills demonstrating empathy and confidence

THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS:

• Salesforce CRM experience
• Experience with Funraisin, Xero and Dropbox
• Lived experience in understanding the needs of people with a disability and their carers
