We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Care to lead our team at Rosalie Nursing Care Centre. Rosalie Nursing Care Centre is a 40-bed home offering secure and intimate living to its female only residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the facility, including staffing, budgeting, and resident care. We are looking for a AHPRA registered manager who has strong clinical and analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

The role will be a leader within the AQ model of care, ensuring quality and effective services are delivered with a strong consumer focus and the skills to promote consumer choice.

We are looking for a Director of care with:

• Successful experience in the implementation, evaluation & management of residential aged care services particularly with care of people with dementia
• Must have demonstrated clinical and financial management experience of an Aged Care Facility
• Well-developed skills in staff leadership & time management
• Contemporary knowledge of funding pertaining to aged care with an understanding of legislative & regulatory requirements - AN-ACC, the Single Quality Framework and Quality & Accreditation standards
• Strong understanding of dementia care and the unique needs of dementia residents
• AHPRA registration, Covid Vaccinations and Police Clearance
