  • Recruiting Employees: Regularly conduct video interviews and onboard new Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) to ensure we continue hiring top-quality workers for our clients.
  • Community Growth: Engage with our NDIS community, including clients, allied health professionals, and support coordinators. You'll aim to build strong relationships, understand their needs, and translate those learnings into ways Fora can support them.
  • Business Development: Identify and act on opportunities to expand our reach within the NDIS and healthcare sectors. Work closely with the team to develop strategies that enhance our service offerings and grow our community.
