Novo Education Space (formerly known as Alesco Illawarra) is an independent Special Assistance School for Years 9-12, registered and accredited with the NSW Education Standards Authority. Based in Wollongong with additional campuses in the Southern Highlands and Shoalhaven, our purpose is to provide opportunities which foster the development of capable, confident and self-assured young people who are connected to their community and able to forge a path to a productive future.

We have a part-time (31 hours/week) Wellbeing Manager position available at our Southern Highlands Campus (currently located in Bowral NSW) commencing as soon as possible.

You will have leadership and case management experience with young people, holding social work, youth work, psychology, occupational therapy (mental health) or similar qualifications. Your values, your skills and your mindset will determine your success in this role in line with what we are trying to achieve for our students, and how we work together as a team.
