• We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help us out through a busy period! Offered initially as a 3 month fixed term contract, this is a remote role that can be based anywhere in Australia (east coast preferred). Ideal for a savvy marketing professional wanting part time hours and to support meaningful work.
• Join a dynamic and growing non-profit organisation dedicated to making a meaningful and lasting impact on nature. Leverage your exceptional skills in marketing and communications to strengthen engagement and visibility of ALCA’s events, programs and partnerships.
• 0.5 FTE, 3 month contract, salary range $87,838 - $96,408 (pro rata) plus superannuation, flexible arrangements. Consideration will be given to applicants with an ABN.
• Location flexible with eastern states preferred, office space available in Melbourne.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing Officer role presents a unique opportunity to apply your marketing skills to work that supports real, lasting outcomes for nature. The position supports ALCA’s mission by helping tell the stories, share the knowledge, and amplify the initiatives that are building our sector’s capacity to address the greatest environmental challenges of our time. The Marketing Officer will support campaigns and communications that promote ALCA’s events, programs and partnerships, strengthening visibility, engagement and connection with audiences, and will also support tasks that keep communications and marketing activity organised, consistent and on‑brand.

You’re a strategic, adaptable marketing professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, environment. You bring a solid foundation in digital marketing and communications, paired with strong analytical thinking and a curiosity for what drives audience engagement and campaign performance. Highly organised and detail‑oriented, you’re able to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality, brand consistency and accuracy. You’re confident working across data, content and creative, and excel using digital tools and platforms to translate strategy into effective execution. You’re a collaborative and solutions‑focused team player, you communicate clearly, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and take initiative to support projects, events and emerging opportunities as they arise.
