Reporting to the CEO, this dynamic and rewarding role is pivotal in supporting the growth of our organisation. The Business and Administration Manager is responsible for providing business, administration, finance and governance support to the CEO and ALCA team. Responsibilities include finance and risk management and reporting, organisational governance, annual business plan management and organisational policy and procedure review and development.
This position is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated individual, ideally with a background and qualifications in business, finance, legal or administration, or significant relevant experience. Your outstanding financial management skills and love of risk management, governance and administrative functions will be your secret weapons, and your highly tuned project and time management skills, along with an eagle-eyed attention to detail will be put to good use. As a key touchpoint for many people across the organisation - from members and board Directors to staff and external stakeholders - your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be in the spotlight, helping to deliver ALCA’s business functions smoothly. If you have a desire to grow your professional business management skills to support a small non-profit with big impact, this role is just what you’ve been waiting for. Let’s make a difference together!
