Here at AirSeed Technologies we are literally revolutionising the scalability, effectiveness, and integrity of ecosystem and biodiversity restoration.

We are currently in another growth phase of the business and are going to market with an exciting range of new products and services. Hence, we are seeking to expand our tribe with a highly motivated and experienced natural salesperson to lead our efforts in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships within the corporate sector. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will play a vital part in further driving our business growth, securing meaningful collaborations and commercial partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's reach and market share.
  • Ongoing and frequent analysis and reporting on sales performance metrics to optimise strategies.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Relish cold calls and execute them with confidence and tenacity to generate leads and establish new business relationships.
  • Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnerships to enhance our product offerings and market positioning.
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations to win new business.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Utilise market intelligence to identify opportunities and address potential challenges.
  • Always work closely and align with internal marketing, product development, and customer support teams.

Experience, Competencies, Attributes

  • Strong and demonstrable track record of successful business development/sales in a technology-driven environment.
  • Keen interest in and understanding of environmental and sustainability issues will be a plus.
  • Authentic, genuine, articulate, communicative, able to negotiate and professionally interact and transact at a senior level (excellent interpersonal skills).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Results-oriented with a clear focus on exceeding targets and objectives.
