Reporting to the Head of Student Recruitment and Admissions, this role is responsible for seeking, developing, and following up leads to recruit students from across Australia into the school; and identifying and implementing improvements to the admissions process. You will create targeted nurturing campaigns to increase new student applications and enrolments, and support the building of custom reports in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to provide insightful data to harness student recruitment opportunities. This role will be crucial to the execution of the Student Recruitment and Admissions Strategic Plan.
Working collaboratively with the First Nations and Outreach division, this position implements student recruitment activities designed to increase diversity with a particular focus on building a strong First Nations student cohort, community outreach activity and schools marketing campaigns. This includes building and maintaining high-school career advisor relationships, booking and staffing career fairs and ensuring AFTRS is represented in a professional manner.

Salary: AFTRS Level 5 ($73,394) + up to 15.4% super, and excellent benefits.
