The Australian Environmental Grantmakers Network (AEGN) is a membership organisation dedicated to enabling high-impact philanthropy that supports Australia’s contribution to global environmental targets. As we enter an exciting new period with a new 2025+ Strategy, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Member Coordinator to join our team. This vital role focuses on growing and strengthening the AEGN network through the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement of members. The Member Coordinator plays a key role in supporting member-led initiatives, facilitating connections, and ensuring members derive maximum value from their participation.
You bring at least 4 years of experience in administration and coordination roles, with strong customer service and project management skills.
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities. Experience in event coordination, communications, and working in small teams where initiative is essential is highly regarded. Prior experience in membership-based organisations and an interest in the environment are desirable.
