Responsibilities include:
- Provision of oversight and guidance to a counselling team of two
- Strategies implementation
- Delivery of evidence based therapy
- Maintaining up to date client records
- Preparation of reports
To be considered for this career opportunity applicants will possess:
- AHPRA or AASW or ACA registration with demonstrated experience
- Understanding of Trauma informed clinical services
- Experience in intersectionality within FDV
- Supervisory and mentoring experience
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability in clinical reporting
- Programme development, service delivery and quality improvement experience
- Demonstrated relationship development skills
