The ACTU’s role as a peak body is to be a national voice for our movement and defending and advancing workers’ rights by coordinating union campaigns, representing workers at a range of government and non-government forums and to provide industrial, policy and other support to our affiliates.
The Digital Marketing Officer role in the Growth Work Centre, working across digital and social platforms to recruit new members to the union movement. You will support work that drives growth via collection of a wide variety of data and in-depth analysis to develop, implement and improve the ACTU’s organised and paid social and digital activities. A particular focus for this role will be to track performance of growth activity and use expert knowledge for digital conversion and reporting.
The role works across social and digital media platforms to support the ACTU’s recruitment and communications, with a specific focus on driving recruitment of new members through organic and paid social and digital media content. This role will also have a creative and design focus and will work collaboratively with the ACTU’s graphic design staff and videographer.
The ACTU offers a competitive salary ($78k to $98k) based on skills and experience, along with an additional 15% superannuation, annual leave loading, working from home opportunities and generous leave arrangements.
