The Campaign Organiser will implement the ACT Greens grassroots campaign strategy in the lead up to the 2024 ACT Legislative Assembly election and 2024/25 Federal Election campaigns.
The Campaign Organiser will report to the Party Director, with work tasking led by the Campaign Manager, and will work closely with other members of the Party Office and Campaign Team. They will work on the design of our field campaign strategy, and support implementation of the way we will communicate our vision for ACT and Federal parliament to people in the ACT. This will include managing many aspects of our door knocking, phone and text banking, and letterboxing strategy, volunteer recruitment and support, and the coordination of our campaigning data systems.
As part of the Greens’ commitment to staff and volunteers wellbeing, the Campaign Organiser is responsible for promoting a positive culture for our campaigns, and being sensitive to the physical and mental wellbeing of staff and volunteers involved.
