Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW. The Villawood site services up to 12 clients each living in their own apartment-style accommodation, providing specialised supports 24/7 to ensure each client receives individualised services and supports to live independently.
The Service Manager oversees operations of the Villawood site providing 1:1 supervision to direct reports including a Service Coordinator (shared across two sites), Registered Nurses and Support Workers to ensure clients receive effective person-centred supports at all times. The role will oversee the implementation of (complex) individual client plans and be the first point of contact for families/carers and other client-related stakeholders, ensuring all day to day operational management of the site.
Reporting to the Operations Manager for New Models, the role will work in partnership with internal stakeholders ensuring a continuous high standard of care to our clients at all times, managing staffing including supervision, recruitment, performance management and staff development, whilst monitoring profit and loss statements and preparing reports.
