The Organisation

abrs have been approached by a NFP organisation that run various Australian Government contracts that support refugees and asylum seekers on Nauru to assist in in the recruitment of a Team Leader for one of their Case Work teams on a permanent basis.

The Role

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the day to day management of casework services to refugees living in the community on Nauru. You will provide guidance, support and direction to a team of caseworkers, ensuring they meet performance targets, work within budgets and provide regular supervision.

The Candidate

To be considered for this position you will have tertiary qualifications in social work or related field, extensive case management experience working with refugees and also experience managing case workers.

Additional info

The role will be a FIFO position with a 3 weeks on 3 weeks off rota. Flights and accommodation will be provided. In return you will be offered an attractive base salary + super. You will also receive a generous living allowance for the time that you are overseas which is largely tax free.
