Our client is looking for a permanent full-time Social Worker to join their Early Intervention team based in Inner Sydney City. The Social worker will work in collaboration with caseworkers and the clinical team to support families. The Social Worker will be required to support families with therapeutic, evidence, and strength-based intervention.

This role will involve;

• $78, 000 - $89, 000 + Super + Salary Packaging
• Located in Inner Sydney City
• Providing specific, targeted intervention, practical assistance, counselling, and skill development for families who have children at risk of significant harm

The requirements for this role include;

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work
• 2 years' experience working with children and young people and their family in a child protection context
• Experience working with children and families with complex needs
• Therapeutic intervention experience
• Experience in running parenting groups or children’s groups
• Desirably you will be training in 'Tuning into Kids' and/or 'Circle of Security'
