This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) as we launch our refreshed brand and new digital-membership platform.

As the CRM Lead, you will be responsible for the management of our databases with a focus upon driving member engagement and revenue through email, SMS and other communication channels. You will be key to managing both volunteer and customer journeys through our platforms.

Who we are:

The Australian Breastfeeding Association is the peak body for the promotion and support of the breastfeeding. We are there on the phone for new parents in the middle of the night, when the wheels are falling off. We provide community and connection, when other supports are unavailable, and mums feel like they are on their own. We reach hundreds of thousands of families each year connecting them with the breastfeeding information and support they need.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in managing CRMs to deliver an automated and personalised customer experience
  • CiviCRM expertise is highly desirable
  • Tertiary qualification in business, digital marketing, or an appropriate discipline relevant field
  • Excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work and collaborate with a diverse range of colleagues, volunteers and customers
  • Creativity, initiative, attention to detail and a strong customer service approach

As an employee of a registered charity, you can salary package up to $18,550 each Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) year for general living expenses.
