We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Administration Officer at our office based in North Ryde, NSW to support our Client Services team. The Administration Officer – Data and team support is a pivotal part of the national client services team responsible for the provision of accurate, consistent review and reporting of data of National Dementia Helpline service metrics to support ongoing performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

This position will also provide administrative and clerical support to Helpline management and team members to support the delivery of high quality, efficient and effective services for our clients and their families.

Reporting directly to the Quality and Coaching Lead, you will also be responsible for:

  • Producing regular and adhoc reporting requested by Helpline management, in a timely fashion with high attention to detail using Helpline systems including 8x8 Telephony System, IPOCC and CRM
  • Cleansing, transforming, validating, or analysing data with the purpose of preparation of timely reports including presentation of data in charts, graphs and tables
  • Assisting with updating helpline flowchart referral charts using Visio Standard, making changes and distributing as required
  • Providing administrative support to management and team members as required to fulfil the objectives of the National Dementia Helpline
  • Other administration activities as requested by management

To be successful in this role you will be a team player, have excellent interpersonal communication skills and meet the key selection criteria outlined below.

Key Selection Criteria:

  1. Ability to prioritise workload demands and cope calmly, effectively under pressure
  2. High level attention to detail
  3. Proven capacity to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients, managers and other employees
  4. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Outlook, and advanced Excel
  5. High level experience working with data, including ability to analyse data and prepare clear and accurate reports, including charts, graphs and tables within a complex multi-system working environment

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience. Certificate III in Business Administration would be highly regarded
