• Casual position based at Werribee Open Range Zoo
• From 1 July 2021 salary is $32.19 per hour ($28.96 during training period)
• Required Availability - Weekends, School holidays and Public holidays

Visitor Services Team Members play a significant role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional visitor engagement in all areas of admissions, retail, and services. Team members contribute to delivering a financially sustainable, conservation-based visitor experience and are seen a role models to casual staff within the team.

Visitor Services Team Members must have:

• Face to face customer service experience
• Cash handling experience
• Engaging communication style

Visitor Services Team Members will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Understanding of professional cash handling practices
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Best practice customer service with proven skills in understanding and adapting to customer needs
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• High level of personal credibility and strong interpersonal skills
• Highly developed organisational skills
