Zoos Victoria operates four landmark zoos, Healesville Sanctuary, Kyabram Fauna Park, Melbourne Zoo, and Werribee Open Range Zoo. The Senior Manager, Conservation Campaigns plays a lead role in designing, facilitating, and monitoring the impact of community conservation campaigns across Zoos Victoria using best practice social science to influence attitudes, knowledge, and behaviours. Through influencing and empowering others, this position takes a lead in building social movements that can create a future rich in wildlife.

Managing a team of experienced Conservation Campaigners, the Senior Manager uses their experience in best practice behaviour change to influence strategic thinking, build strong relationships, collaborate with others, communicate the impact of campaigns and steer research that will strengthen visitor and community uptake of conservation actions.
