An exciting opportunity to join the Zoos Victoria Customer Engagement Leadership Team reporting through to the Customer Engagement Manager. This is a solutions based role, the position will be responsible for assisting, coaching, and leading the daily operations of the Customer Engagement Team as well as assisting with projects within their people portfolio.

This position will play a vital role in motivating and leading the Zoo Victoria Customer Engagement Team. This position is responsible for the combined performance of the team, with the ultimate goal of delivering superior customer service. This position will promote a member and visitor-centric culture, deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with our visitors and members to assist us in becoming a world leading zoo-based conservation organisation.
