St Joseph’s provides education and support to young people with the aim of re-engaging them in creative, meaningful, and intentional learning. 

St Joseph’s Flexible Learning Centre, North Melbourne is seeking applications for a Full Time Fixed Term (1 year) position as a Pathways and Transition Coordinator, commencing Term 1, 2020.

The Pathways and Transitions Coordinator has responsibility to work collaboratively with relevant staff to support young people in developing and implementing pathway plans which enable them to successfully transition into further education and/or training, alternative secondary schooling or employment.
