Our Business Systems department facilitates risk systems, undertakes internal auditing, develops organisational/policy documentation, provides records management and provides policy and compliance advice to support quality, compliance and continuous improvement at yourtown.
Based at Milton, the Records and Information Specialist is responsible for the technical and strategic management and administration of the Electronic Document and Records Management System (eDRMS), providing records and information management support, training and advice, and coordinating Requests to Information responses. The role will have a key focus to monitor and interpret legislation changes and technology advancements together with providing specialist advice and process guidance to yourtown personnel to ensure practices are in line with statutory and best practice requirements.
You will hold a tertiary qualification in Records or Information Management, and have gained a minimum of 5 years’ demonstrated experience in performing systems management of an eDRMS including leading upgrade projects, integrating other systems to the eDRMS framework and providing expert advice to management and users across the organisation.
