Your Side has grown significantly since we launched Total Care in 2017. We are ready to go to the next level, and are looking for a Community Services Consultant, Home Care to support people to design and access Home Care Packages.

We offer a tailored, customer focused service at a great price. You will assess our customers and help them customise a package that suits their goals, and you will work with them to set up services with our partner network, reviewing the service over time to make sure we deliver the very best.

About You:

You always put the customer first. You have highly developed assessment skills and an understanding of our client group's needs. Your communication skills are strong and authentic both one to one and to groups, and you take the time to make sure your customers are in the driving seat.

You may be a nurse or allied health professional, or have those qualifications. You definitely have experience managing individual budgets.

Mandarin speakers highly regarded.

You have a full licence and access to a car.
