About the Marketing Lead Position

As the Marketing Lead you'll develop and deliver dynamic marketing campaigns that increase awareness and engagement t of YourCH services and programs. Working with the Communications and Marketing team, you'll be responsible for setting organisation-wide marketing priorities and leading campaigns from inception to completion across traditional and digital platforms.

Reporting to the Communications and marketing manager, this is a full-time (negotiable) ongoing position.

Your passion and commitment will see you:

  • Identify priority services and programs for focused marketing campaigns that resonate with our community.
  • Partner with service delivery teams across YourCH to develop marketing content and campaigns that meet their goals.
  • Advise on the most appropriate strategies and channels for marketing campaigns to achieve our growth objectives.
  • Develop KPIs to improve our marketing approach and results, focusing on marketing campaign performance, audience engagement and service uptake.
  • Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to develop and disseminate content across traditional and digital channels.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a hands-on marketing lead or equivalent role.
  • Relevant tertiary degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading marketing strategies that increase brand reach and reputation, and drive growth and engagement.
  • Proven hands-on experience in a diverse range of marketing functions, such as digital and social media, copywriting and editing, advertising and direct marketing.
  • Advanced understanding of marketing trends, with proven experience adapting campaign plans to respond to data and analytics, and meet KPIs.

As a YourCH employee in this role you must have:

  • A Victorian Working with Children Check (employee).
  • A Satisfactory Police Check (paid by YourCH).
  • Proof of COVID-19 Immunisations (2 Initial doses and at least 1 Booster).
