About the position

We are looking for a dynamic, strengths based Clinical Lead to join the headspace Collingwood team located at Victoria Park, overlooking the old Collingwood football grounds.

We are looking for someone who can use their significant experience in delivering youth mental health services to support a high standard of clinical decision making and lead a multi-disciplinary clinical team. The role requires someone who will make the position their own, while working with and supporting a dedicated team of both salaried and contracted staff. Working with the Centre Manager to ensure a positive, forward thinking work culture that values the voices of all and works collaboratively to ensure both a great client and worker experience.
