The State Office is home to YMCA Victoria support functions being Payroll, Business Systems, Finance, Marketing and Engagement and the People & Culture Team. The office is situated in the vibrant Box Hill area, which is host to many amenities; food, transport (Train & Buses) and parks.
The YMCA Victoria is looking for an experienced Learning & Development specialist with excellent organisational and communication skills to develop, deliver and evaluate learning and delivery initiatives across the organisation.
To be successful in the position of Senior Learning & Development Advisor, candidates must have sound knowledge of training and development theories, principles and practices. Applicants should hold a tertiary level qualification in Human Resources or another relevant field.
Candidates should have experience managing multiple small projects and activities simultaneously, allocating time and resources appropriately to deliver against the organisation's overall learning and development objectives.
The Senior Learning & Development Advisor must be comfortable using highly developed negotiation, presentation, problem-solving and influencing skills; building collaborative and consultative working partnerships across the organisation.
