YMCA Point Cook is the OSHC provider for Point Cook P-9 College, our program has a large number of children in attendance, with three separate groups for our after school care. Our service is diverse, with a multicultural focus as well as a focus of inclusivity, as we have children with varied needs and abilities within our programs. We pride ourselves on providing a fun and safe environment for all children.

OSHC educators work in a team to provide high quality care, recreation and education for primary school age children before and after school and during the holidays. OSHC educators require all sorts of skills and attributes but most of all you need to be passionate about primary school aged children and supporting them through middle childhood.
This position will lead a small team of educators in planning, developing and implementing an inclusive, educational program for one of our after school care groups.
This role will require a strong customer focus and the exceptional delivery of the National Quality Framework in Outside School Hours Care. You will experience specialist support from a diverse and caring team, as you drive community and family engagement, with children at the heart of our service philosophy.
