About the Role

The Digital Optimisation Specialist is part of YMCA Victoria’s Digital team, responsible for ensuring our digital experience meet the needs of a broad range of audiences and deliver organisational value.

You will be responsible for improving the performance and experience of our owned digital channels by:

• Ensuring our digital channels are delivering maximum value to the organisation via leads, engagement, awareness and social impact
• Understanding and delivering an experience that meets the needs of our various audiences
• Continually identifying and implementing user experience and performance improvements
• Working with peers in the web optimisation team and providing digital consulting expertise to internal stakeholders across owned digital channels including website and email

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Marketing or Digital Marketing discipline
• Strong project management skills
• Focus on continuous improvement of the performance of owned digital channels
• Data-driven and audience-centric approach to problem solving and opportunity creation
• Contribute to the success of the digital team by sharing knowledge and contributing to problem
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders while staying focused on priorities
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
