The YMCA Camp Manyung is a Recreation Camp located in Mt. Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula, 50 km south of Melbourne. Camp Manyung accommodates up to 160 people and operates all year, midweek and over weekends and school holidays.
YMCA is a not for profit organisation and our camps are educational facilities that are available to school groups, community groups, and families. We welcome and work proactively with the wider community to be inclusive, especially disadvantaged and culturally diverse communities in Victoria to experience a unique camping adventure. There is a strong focus on healthy eating, outdoor education, environmentalism and recycling across all aspects of the camping experience.
Camp Manyung is seeking an organised, friendly, experienced cleaner, who will be responsible for assisting the cleaning coordinator with the regular weekly site cleans.
You will be required to undertake campsite cleaning to ensure the facility is cleaned to an exceptionally high standard, as per the camps cleaning schedule. All areas of the camp accommodation, ensuites and ablution blocks are cleaned at the changeover of each group.
Most importantly, as part of a small staff team, the successful cleaning team member will have a commitment to YMCA values of respect, responsibility, caring and inclusiveness and will create and maintain excellent working relationships with fellow staff and campers.
This is a casual position with an hourly rate of $26.92 per hour.

All candidates will be required to undertake background and probity checks including Reference Checks, a Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
