As a key member of the People and Culture team, the Recruitment Administrator is responsible for supporting the delivery of human resources (HR) services to the business and in particular supporting the P&C/Recruitment Advisor. The Recruitment Administrator is a business partner to ensure the People & Culture team is a proactive, value-adding service and meets the needs of its stakeholders. This will enable the Y to appoint the best talent in the region in line with our values and culture.

About you:

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment within a very fast-paced and high volume environment
• Experience in assessment centres/group interviews (highly desirable)
• Supporting business areas to attract and select the best people for the right roles to enable positive business outcomes
• Supporting with on boarding and inducting all employees into the YMCA setting them up for successful careers in our organisation
• Provision of basic advice to our business managers and staff.
• Support in the use of HR data and analytics and reporting
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, adaptability and a drive to achieve
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
